Desde el vértice oeste de la boca del túnel, se une en línea recta con el vértice sureste de la edificación de la parcela 5 de la manzana catastral 40550. Continua, en dirección norte, por el perímetro construido de las parcelas 5 y 4 (iglesia de San José) de la misma manzana hasta alcanzar la calle San José, por la que continúa, por dirección norte, hasta el límite meridional de la parcela 1 de la manzana catastral 40606 y desde aquí, en línea recta, hasta la línea del litoral. Recorre la costa hasta llegar al puente que une El Astillero con Marina de Cudeyo y, desde este punto, sigue el puente en dirección oeste a lo largo del trazado de la autovía en dirección norte, para alcanzar el túnel de la autovía y, por tanto, cerrar la delimitación.",
