    "DESCRIP" : "Cavidad cuya boca, de pequeñas dimensiones, se abre en un gran abrigo. Cuenta con una única galería, de unos 90 metros de largo. Descubierta por Alcalde del Río en 1909, fecha en la que halló varias pinturas rupestres. En los años 50 del siglo XX fue sondeada por los camineros. En 1985 el arte rupestre fue revisado por C. González Sainz y M.R. González Morales, de la Universidad de Cantabria, quienes encontraron más pinturas y grabados. Posteriormente, el CAEAP, la ACDPS y la empresa GAEM, SC, han revisado el arte rupestre y sus problemas de conservación. Por último, en 2005 el Centro de Investigación y Museo de Altamira llevó a cabo una intervención arqueológica, tanto en el yacimiento como de documentación del arte rupestre, dentro de su campaña \"Los tiempos de Altamira\".",
