Las cavidades que forman parte de esta zona arqueológica son: Cueva de La Palenciana 1, La Palenciana 2, La Palenciana 3, La Palenciana 4, Abrigo de Veguilla 3, La Cuevona, Cueva la Soterraña y Cueva del Puyo en la que hay una necrópolis de la Edad del Hierro II. El resto de los elementos arqueológicos muestran ocupaciones en el Paleolítico Superior, Mesolítico, Neolítico, Calcolítico, Bronce o Hierro y también en tiempos medievales y modernos.",
